Is this too cute, or what? Three-year breast cancer survivor Jennifer Smith is preparing for another very brave endeavor: the Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure, where survivors and supporters alike walk 60 miles over three days in honor of one another, other survivors and those they've lost to breast cancer.
Jennifer's preparing for the Atlanta walk in October with the help of her super cute training partner, Chandler. Along with training to cover 60 miles over three days, Jennifer has to raise a minimum of $2,200. So she's selling these darling Bark for a Cure T-shirts, which Chandler is so fashionably modeling.
The Ts come in seven sizes. If you'd like one, measure your pooch from the back of his or her neck to the base of the tail. Then go by this guide:
XXS - 5-7" 1-2 lbs
XS - 8-10" 3-5 lbs
S - 10-12" 6-8 lbs
M - 12-15" 9-18 lbs
L - 16-19" 19-30 lbs
XL - 20-23" 31-45lbs
XXL - 24-28" 46-64 lbs
The shirts are $20 apiece, and the funds go to breast cancer research. To order one, call Jennifer at 860.0768 or send her an

By the way, my friend Gail Piccirilli and I did the Avon 3-Day Walk from San Jose to San Francisco in 2000. It totally rocked, though by the time I got back, I was cold, wet, sleep derived, three pounds heavier because I kept wolfing down all the free Luna Bars along the way (Lemon Zest was my fave) and my left ankle was injured and swollen. But I'll never forget how incredibly emotional it was to cross the finish line. I always tear up when I think about it — even, like, right now. I highly recommend it. But I ain't doing it again.
