Cookout for Charles Bradford

imageWe’re all praying for the speedy recovery of Charles Bradford, one of the friendliest people around. Charles was badly injured in a window cleaning accident on Broadway Friday evening, April 9. He’s at Vanderbilt Hospital recovering. If you’d like to call him, his number is 615.322.6410. He’s also on Facebook, where folks are leaving lots of sweet messages.

Martin Fierro is helping raise money for Charles by hosting a special cookout, 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m., Tuesday, April 20. Eugene and Nestor plan to grill up their amazing burgers on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant, 314 Broadway.

The funds will go to a Paducah Bank account accessible by Charles to maintain income while he heals, which could take up to a year. If you’d like to donate directly, just visit any Paducah Bank branch and they’ll hook you up.
