How much are we loving Energy Fitness, now that we’re all sticking with our New Year’s Revolution Goal of losing all those extra bits and pieces? While who wouldn’t want more of us to love?, there comes a time when a little sweat sure comes in handy.
One great way to build strength and sweat while dropping a few extra poundages is through Energy’s Group Fitness Classes, including a new Extreme Spin Class at New Holt Road. The class starts at 1 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 30, for six sweaty weeks, with super cute Mark Schaberg as the Certified Energy Fitness Spinning Instructor.
Here’s the scoop on it:
“JohnnyG Spinning, an indoor cycling class that simulates a real outdoor ride with speed drills & varied resistance, is one of 70 free classes offered at Energy Fitness & Energy Fitness Midtown every week to its members. We have designed this special 6‐Week Extreme Spin class for experienced riders who want a 90‐minute intense & more challenging indoor ride.”
What is Extreme Spin? A 90-minute hard core, muscle screaming, heart racing ride that offers more resistance, more hills, more sprints and more of a challenge than your typical spin class.
Class fee is $39 for Energy Fitness Members & $59 for Non‐Members. Pre‐payment & pre‐registration is required as space is limited to 32 participants.
