Energy Fitness Staff Shrinks for Charity

Remember our iLove it story about Energy Fitness staff members challenging themselves to lose weight — and for the total pounds lost, Wagner Moving & Storage would donate the same amount in food to Paducah Cooperative Ministries? Well, how does 275 pounds of food sound? Yep, that's Energy Fitness Manager Sharon Hagan shopping for 275 pounds of food. Geeze, can you imagine? That's right! In just three months, by doing that crazy exercise and eating right thing, 27 employees together lost 275 pounds. By the way, each paid an entry fee donation to Relay for Life and were required to weigh in weekly. That's Energy Fitness Trainer Terri Lundberg in the middle with Jeffery Vinson and James Lewis — the fellas were category winners. Top 5 most body fat losers: 1. Jeffrey Vinson 10.1% 2. James Lewis 7.8% 3. Leah McKinney 6.9% 4. Denise Romanak 4.2% 5. Kelli Ellerman 4.0% Top 5 highest percent of weight losers: 1. James Lewis 19.45% 2. Jeffrey Vinson 17.86% 3.
