Hands On St. Nick - A Makeover
St. Nicholas Family Clinic

Come help us give this 20 year old organization a NEW LOOK! Help us paint, clean, organize and create a welcoming environment for our patients and the community.

Specific needs include: taping & mudding supplies, paint & artwork groupings, rugs, blinds & plants/interior foliage, soft fluorescents, baby changing station (x2), office organizers, L-shape desk, chairs, coffee tables, flooring – wood laminate & vinyl or tile, and volunteers.

Having served almost 7,000 patients since opening in 1994, St. Nicholas Family Free Clinic has made a significant impact on the health of our community and region. We are looking forward to giving back to the clinic by recruiting local businesses and volunteers to help lay new floors, freshen the walls with new paint, and organize the space for people to be proud of. Get Your Heart On

Shout out to my home girl Sarah Bynum: Please purchase lots and lots of tickets to the 4th Annual Heart & Soul Art Celebration, featuring lovely art from Easter Seals clients as well as other artists throughout our community. The gig is 6 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 17 at Maiden Alley Cinema. You can purchase tix from Sarah (she's the development director), at the Easter Seals or at Independence Bank and Maiden Alley. DJ Urban Kobbb's throwing down some beats, so I'll definitely be there. Plus I'm a fan of this fella: That's Ricky Harris. He's the featured artist for the event.
