Nikki is an artist on a mission to save the world from bad design. She is highly inappropriate, drinks too much coffee, spends too much time on the computer and would rather be drawing pretty pictures.

Mary Thorsby
Camera in one hand, cocktail in the other, MareMare shares her favorite people, places and parties in Louisville. Find her “finds” intriguing? Then go check ‘em out. And take her to dinner after. Oh, she does corporate stuff, too.

Kelsie Gray is a poetess, pie alchemist, and English teacher. She lives with three cats who all suffer from varying degrees of insanity and makes a hobby of photographing herself in bathtubs that do not belong to her.

Suzanne Clinton
Serving up the random online musings of an over-thinking 40-something liberal with a serious attitude problem and a dog that eats its own poop since 2005. Read her at Bizzyville.

Our GTG Birthday Blowout Friday night at di Fratelli could not have been better! We had more than 120 super cute folks there, which Robyn, Laura K and I attracted pretty much through iList Paducah, Facebook, Twitter, our blogs and good ol' word of mouth.
And it certainly didn't hurt that we had Ian Foo Yong'un handing out free drink tix!
We also had AMAZING cupcakes by Milli.
That's Milli. Cute, cute, cute, no doubt about it!
We had DJ Urban Kobbb...
...and Tony Foo Yong throwing down the spot-on beats.
Joshua Comley designed our photo backdrop, and our personal paparazzi Keith Ford and Glenn Hall were gracious enough to come do fun photos all night and for our Charlie's Angels best pose contest. Keith took our photo at the top of this post — you'll find more of his fun party photo on his Flickr page.
We're looking through tons of photos now to pick the best, but I thought this one was awfully cute! We'll announce the winner shortly!
We even had cyber celebrity William Sledd in the house!
It was just a huge success and, if I may say so, we gals know how to throw a party. In fact, we've had such success planning them that we chose this particular evening to unveil our new events planning business called…
drum roll and a few tambourines, please…
...the Get Together Gals!
We're the total package, working as a team to brainstorm themes, locale and special surprises. Laura K handles coordination (including working with caterers, decorators, and all the little details), Robyn selects the perfect gifts and specialty items for your event and I'll take care of publicity and promotion.
Planning a get together? Then get the Get Together Gals!
We even have a Web site and our first client, Martin Fierro Argentinean Grill! We're doing a fundraiser there on the restaurant's swank second floor Saturday, Sept. 12, for the American Heart Association. So mark your iPhones and Crackberries and look for details shortly!
Thanks, too, of course to Brian Steffen, Nina and the rest of the fine folks at di Fratelli. (The GTGs are planning Brian's birthday party, Saturday, Oct. 24, so mark that one down as well. It involves lingerie.)
Many, many thanks to everyone for helping us celebrate our birthdays and to hear our big announcement. As Kevin Crouch's belt buckles suggests, the night just rocked.
I posted my best photos on my Flicker page. And be sure to check out Keith's cute photos. I'll link to Glenn's as soon as those are posted!
