Nikki D. May
Nikki is an artist on a mission to save the world from bad design. She is highly inappropriate, drinks too much coffee, spends too much time on the computer and would rather be drawing pretty pictures.

Mary Thorsby
Camera in one hand, cocktail in the other, MareMare shares her favorite people, places and parties in Louisville. Find her “finds” intriguing? Then go check ‘em out. And take her to dinner after. Oh, she does corporate stuff, too.

Laura K
Giving ‘em something to talk about (with style!) Promotional services of all kinds are for hire. Fashion, travel, food and art musings are complimentary.

Kelsie Gray is a poetess, pie alchemist, and English teacher. She lives with three cats who all suffer from varying degrees of insanity and makes a hobby of photographing herself in bathtubs that do not belong to her.

Suzanne Clinton
Serving up the random online musings of an over-thinking 40-something liberal with a serious attitude problem and a dog that eats its own poop since 2005. Read her at Bizzyville.

Jessica Perkins
Always on the hunt for interesting people and places around town, Jessica loves to create buzz about everything Paducah!

The official blog of iList Paducah, Paducah, Ky.'s most comprehensive community events calendar!

Saturday, May 26
As 2009 draws to a close, and we rest up to welcome 2010 with no less than a dozen Paducah-area parties (including our own with Harrah's Metropolis), Nikki and I would very much like to thank everyone for a wonderful year here at iList Paducah.
When we launched the Web site and weekly email almost three years ago, we weren't 100 percent sure of exactly what we were doing. We just knew that our community needed a central events calendar so that folks could easily see all the great things going on and also, so that if you're planning an event, you can see what other folks are planning as well, and when and where.
We also knew that if we did a really nice job, folks would enjoy the site. And from the excellent feedback we receive almost daily, we're thrilled that we've been able to do all the above.
We couldn't do it without you all, our super cute, cute, cute readers, and without your taking the time to submit your events so that we know about them. Keep 'em coming — it's free, and we love helping to promote the great things everyone is doing to make Paducah a better place.
And we couldn't do it without our contributors. Many thanks to iPet columnist Patience Renzulli, iLove it columnists Laura K of Laura K Style and Suzanne Clinton of Bizzyville, our super hunky photographers Brian Steffen of di Fratelli (he took our photo, above) and Keith Ford, our fantastic party pic guy — and our own personal hottie DJ and music columnist, DJ Urban Kobbb.
And we couldn't do it without our sponsors. From the logo spots on the right, to the banner and text ads in the middle, to the special columns on the left and to all the fun events we've helped with — we're delighted that you're finding these pieces spot-on in getting the word out about your businesses and organizations. And we encourage everyone to go buy lots and lots of stuff from you.
And we certainly couldn't do it without the support of our friends and family who put up with our long hours and our constant brainstorming about how to make the site better.
We always welcome your ideas — and, of course, your sponsorship! Let us hear from you. And again, thank you so much for an awesome, awesome year.
Here's to even more of all good things in 2010! Paducah: You ROCK!
