Hands On St. Nick - A Makeover
St. Nicholas Family Clinic

Come help us give this 20 year old organization a NEW LOOK! Help us paint, clean, organize and create a welcoming environment for our patients and the community.

Specific needs include: taping & mudding supplies, paint & artwork groupings, rugs, blinds & plants/interior foliage, soft fluorescents, baby changing station (x2), office organizers, L-shape desk, chairs, coffee tables, flooring – wood laminate & vinyl or tile, and volunteers.

Having served almost 7,000 patients since opening in 1994, St. Nicholas Family Free Clinic has made a significant impact on the health of our community and region. We are looking forward to giving back to the clinic by recruiting local businesses and volunteers to help lay new floors, freshen the walls with new paint, and organize the space for people to be proud of. Featuring JLF Interior Designs.

Get lucky with Paducah International Raceway, Harrah’s and iList Paducah!

This Friday is Harrah’s Casino Hotel Night at Paducah International Raceway! Get your free tickets at Harrah’s with Total Rewards (must be 21 or older to enter the casino) or purchase them at the gate for just $12 adults (kids 12 and under FREE). Friday night racing is fun for the whole family, plus Harrah’s has some great prizes to give away at intermission: Chris Young concert tix, overnite package at Harrah’s and a night in Harrah’s track suite for 21 people at PIR. All classes will run so between the racing action and awesome prizes, this Friday is your lucky night!

And of course, iList Paducah has your hook up again this week with two free tickets to give away! Just leave a comment here and we will draw a winner Thursday afternoon!

I NEED some PIR tickets…oh OK maybe it’s not a NEED but I’d sure like to have some free PIR tickets….but guys don’t forget we can all have some FREE PIR Tickets if we drive over to Harrah’s and show your Total Reward card. I really don’t have time for the drive to Metropolis so it would be awesome to win these.
