Hands On St. Nick - A Makeover
St. Nicholas Family Clinic

Come help us give this 20 year old organization a NEW LOOK! Help us paint, clean, organize and create a welcoming environment for our patients and the community.

Specific needs include: taping & mudding supplies, paint & artwork groupings, rugs, blinds & plants/interior foliage, soft fluorescents, baby changing station (x2), office organizers, L-shape desk, chairs, coffee tables, flooring – wood laminate & vinyl or tile, and volunteers.

Having served almost 7,000 patients since opening in 1994, St. Nicholas Family Free Clinic has made a significant impact on the health of our community and region. We are looking forward to giving back to the clinic by recruiting local businesses and volunteers to help lay new floors, freshen the walls with new paint, and organize the space for people to be proud of. I Have SUCH Tweet Envy!

Seven hours ago, Christina Jade — known in Twitterland as @christinajade — welcomed her 1,700th follower. That means 1,700 people are reading her frequent Tweets on Twitter. I am blown away! She had 700 just a month ago. So imagine how many more she'll have just one month (one year!) from now! In Laura K.'s most recent newsletter (see post below), she raves about Christina, suggesting to readers: "...has Christina had an experience with your local business? Did she 'tweet' about it online for her (then) 1,653 followers to see?" Laura K., by the way, has her own impressively growing Twitter audience. It's definitely a new world. Your audience of one could very well have an audience of her own — in Christina Jade's case, of thousands. Tweet on, Christina Jade.
