Hands On St. Nick - A Makeover
St. Nicholas Family Clinic

Come help us give this 20 year old organization a NEW LOOK! Help us paint, clean, organize and create a welcoming environment for our patients and the community.

Specific needs include: taping & mudding supplies, paint & artwork groupings, rugs, blinds & plants/interior foliage, soft fluorescents, baby changing station (x2), office organizers, L-shape desk, chairs, coffee tables, flooring – wood laminate & vinyl or tile, and volunteers.

Having served almost 7,000 patients since opening in 1994, St. Nicholas Family Free Clinic has made a significant impact on the health of our community and region. We are looking forward to giving back to the clinic by recruiting local businesses and volunteers to help lay new floors, freshen the walls with new paint, and organize the space for people to be proud of. Jewels, Wine AND $1,000 for Charity!

Louis Michelson is doing a really great thing. He's teaming up with iList Paducah and our friends at Paducah Life to host Wine, Women and Michelson's Jewelry. It's 5:30-7:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 13, in Max's Courtyard. And he'll have a representative from Rebecca there — Rebecca is the hottest line of Italian jewelry, and it's gorgeous. I checked it out a few weeks ago. Everyone is invited to enjoy complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres, try on some great jewels AND, here's the really cool part: Your name will go into a drawing for TWO $500 cash awards. So two winners will each get $500, which Louis will then donate to their favorite charities. That's amazingly cool, right? So please plan to come. Gather up a big posse that shares your love for a particular charity and you'll increase your chances of being the lucky recipient of that Michelson generosity! See you there!
