Hands On St. Nick - A Makeover
St. Nicholas Family Clinic
1901 Kentucky Ave.
8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Come help us give this 20 year old organization a NEW LOOK! Help us paint, clean, organize and create a welcoming environment for our patients and the community.

Specific needs include: taping & mudding supplies, paint & artwork groupings, rugs, blinds & plants/interior foliage, soft fluorescents, baby changing station (x2), office organizers, L-shape desk, chairs, coffee tables, flooring – wood laminate & vinyl or tile, and volunteers.

Having served almost 7,000 patients since opening in 1994, St. Nicholas Family Free Clinic has made a significant impact on the health of our community and region. We are looking forward to giving back to the clinic by recruiting local businesses and volunteers to help lay new floors, freshen the walls with new paint, and organize the space for people to be proud of. Featuring JLF Interior Designs.

Only three race nights remain in Paducah International Raceway’s 2011 racing season.  This week see the UMP Modifieds, Pro (Crate) Late Models, Street Stock, 4 Cylinder Warriors and High School Warriors with races at 7:30 pm.  We again have a pair of tix available to iList Paducah readers!  If you have NOT yet won tix from us this year, leave a comment here letting us know why you’d like to attend and we will draw on Thursday!  Good luck!

I would love to take my 4 year old son. He passed up all the rides at Duquoin Fair this past weekend cause he heard the cars on the track. He would love this.

We go just about every Friday night! It’s something that we love to do as a family! My husband and I started going to the races several years ago, then we started bringing our son and now, we have started bringing our little girl!

Hey Laura! Every since I was little I have loved going to the race track.  It didn’t matter what or who was out there, the competition was electrifying.  It’s a feeling that alot of people don’t understand but luckily I found someone who did. My fiancee (as of July 7th) shares the passion for the smell of gasoline and and all that goes with dirt track racing. I would love to be able to take her once again to the best racing in this area with your help!

I want to go racing friday night I love PIR go every weekend and this friday is my grandson birthday he will be 4 he walked the line during the lockout and now we are heading back to work he would enjoy another trip to the races.
