Nikki D. May
Nikki is an artist on a mission to save the world from bad design. She is highly inappropriate, drinks too much coffee, spends too much time on the computer and would rather be drawing pretty pictures.

Mary Thorsby
Camera in one hand, cocktail in the other, MareMare shares her favorite people, places and parties in Louisville. Find her “finds” intriguing? Then go check ‘em out. And take her to dinner after. Oh, she does corporate stuff, too.

Laura K
Giving ‘em something to talk about (with style!) Promotional services of all kinds are for hire. Fashion, travel, food and art musings are complimentary.

Kelsie Gray is a poetess, pie alchemist, and English teacher. She lives with three cats who all suffer from varying degrees of insanity and makes a hobby of photographing herself in bathtubs that do not belong to her.

Suzanne Clinton
Serving up the random online musings of an over-thinking 40-something liberal with a serious attitude problem and a dog that eats its own poop since 2005. Read her at Bizzyville.

Jessica Perkins
Always on the hunt for interesting people and places around town, Jessica loves to create buzz about everything Paducah!

THIS is one of the coolest things about Quilt Week: The Lowertown Tour of Homes! Love, love, LOVE!
Each year, the Lowertown Neighborhood Association recruits about 10-12 folks willing to open their homes and galleries to hundreds of visitors — not just quilters, but to anyone interested in stopping in! The homes are open 6-9 p.m., on both Friday, April 23, and Saturday, April 24.
Here’s who’s on the tour:
Yvonne Harris
Sydney & Rodney Wright
Emily Young
BiLan Liao and Matt McDermott
Johanna and Allan Rhodes
Debi and Richard Glasscock
The Smedley-Yeiser Home (Sharon Poat and members of the PRA Board hosting)
Chad Wilson
Jeanine and Joe Sills
Gayle and Andy Kaler
Bill Hendley
UPDATE: Just learned that the Brent (The Colonel) Dukes’ The Belle Louise, corner of 6th and Monroe streets, is on the tour, too! Sweet!
Tix are $10, and are good for both nights. You can purchase them ahead of time, Wednesday, April 21-Saturday, April 24, from the historic Texaco Station at the corner of 7th and Madison streets, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Tix are also available at the Downtown Gazebo, Bryerpatch Studios, The Egg and I, Etcetera Coffeehouse, Terra Cottage, Bebe’s Artisan Market and Chantillies.
Don’t worry — you’ll get a map. And the homes aren’t that far apart, so you can definitely make it a nice walking tour, if you’d like.
