Hands On St. Nick - A Makeover
St. Nicholas Family Clinic

Come help us give this 20 year old organization a NEW LOOK! Help us paint, clean, organize and create a welcoming environment for our patients and the community.

Specific needs include: taping & mudding supplies, paint & artwork groupings, rugs, blinds & plants/interior foliage, soft fluorescents, baby changing station (x2), office organizers, L-shape desk, chairs, coffee tables, flooring – wood laminate & vinyl or tile, and volunteers.

Having served almost 7,000 patients since opening in 1994, St. Nicholas Family Free Clinic has made a significant impact on the health of our community and region. We are looking forward to giving back to the clinic by recruiting local businesses and volunteers to help lay new floors, freshen the walls with new paint, and organize the space for people to be proud of. New Banner Ads

We love new banner ads on iList Paducah. Obviously, they help keep two fun gals in business. And we love that our readers are interested in what our sponsors are promoting. Because, evidently, that's how this whole advertising thing works! Here's an event that we know iList Paducah readers love. It's the annual Distiller's Dinner, hosted by our friends at the Carson Center. It's Saturday, Oct. 24, featuring Jimmy Russell, the master distiller at Wild Turkey. iList Paducah is always a media sponsor — we'll soon post a page on our site with all the event details and auction item descriptions. So please call up and reserve your spot: 443.9932, x240. West Kentucky Community & Technical College hosts its annual Gala Scholarship Auction Tuesday, September 29, at Harrah's Metropolis. This is a key event for the college — it helps raise much-needed funds for scholarships. Call for reservations: 534.3986. And look for a surprise from the Get Together Gals! Energy Fitness offers a free personal training session and fit evaluation — and the Midtown location is open 24 hours a day! Be sure to meet Mandee Coursey and Sharla McGee, winners of the 3 Months to Energy FIT contest! We'll be checking in with them over the course of their three-month makeover! Green Turtle Bay Resort — y'all, that is one gorgeous property, located just 30 minutes away from Paducah. The condos are beautiful, they've got a great fitness center, the boats and lake activities rock and there's plenty of great food and drinks there at the resort or just down the street in Grand Rivers. In fact, Nikki and I are headed that way for an iList Paducah business convention in September, so look for a story on that. In the meantime, book thyself a room and enjoy the lake while the weather is still so beautiful. And we've revised our banner ad from our friends at Bryant Law Center.
