The exhibition opens with an artists’ reception from 5-7 p.m. on January 19 and runs through February 12.
“The exhibition includes many of America’s most accomplished ceramic artists and reflects a broad range of approaches to working with clay,” said Paul Aho, Paducah School of Art interim director.
Participating artists include the following: Wayne Bates, Murray, Ky.; Bede Clarke, University Of Missouri, Columbia, Mo.; Sam Chung, Arizona State University, Tempe, Az.; A. Blair Clemo, Grand Valley State University, Allendale, Mich.; Harris Deller, Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Ill.; Thomas Hoadley, Lenox, Mass.; Matt Long, University of Mississippi, University, Ms.; Craig Rhodes, Brookport, Ill.; Bonnie Seeman, University of Miami, Coral Gables, Fl. and Matt Wilt, Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, Ill.

I sure hope some of the exhibitors are in contact with Michael over at Terra Cottage to contribute to this year’s Empty Bowls project! I don’t see anything here on iList yet about it, but it would seem the two go hand-in-hand, eh?
