Saturday, May 26
Rock on! It's the Paducah Symphony Orchestra's 30th Anniversary! To celebrate, we're teaming up with two special offers. First, if you order tickets for the fabulous Friday, October 4 Diamonds and Pearls gala between now and Friday, Sept. 26, and you mention iList Paducah, your name will go in a drawing for a pair of 5-Concert Select passes. So that's two free tickets to any five symphony events!
The gala, by the way, will be great fun. It's underwritten by iList Paducah sponsor Jackson Purchase Energy. The musicians will perform movements from everyone's favorite symphonies — sort of like a night of greatest hits. Plus the musicians will provide a little bit of commentary throughout the evening. The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Carson Center, with a 7 p.m. Touch of Class-ical Conversations program. I plan to go. Any excuse to break out the little black dress...
Speaking of which....
The always-fun Little Black Dress Ball is set for 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 15, at the Country Club of Paducah, featuring fine wine, dinner and dancing to the Todd Hill Band. Order your tickets by Oct. 31, mention iList Paducah and your name will go into a drawing for:
A bottle of Little Black Dress wine!
So free symphony tickets, free wine — we're just lookin' out for all your cultural needs! Call the PSO, 444.0065, and order your tix. You can see the complete schedule here!
