I wanted to do a little shout-out to my fabulous inlaws, Nana and Bop. They're helping us restore The Madison building at the corner of 7th and Madison in LowerTown. The building is huge. We're always meeting people who either lived at The Madison or at least frequented a festive party or two here.
The good news is that parties will soon be hoppin' again at the far end of the building, 618 Madison St., where Nana and Bop have transformed six of the units into three gorgeous two-bedroom condos. The photo above is the living room, which has a wonderful sun porch. Here's the other side of the living room and the dining area:

An outdoor dining porch:
This beautiful bedroom (there are two):

There are three just like this one, and the asking price if $289,000. If you're interested in easy LowerTown condo living, you'll love these units. To have a look-see, just call Pat or Jim Brockenborough, 443.7564, and they'd be happy to show you around.
We also have a beautiful three-bedroom unit for sale at our end of the building, 332 North 7th St. The photos are here. Buy it, and I'll deliver cocktail hour to your door every evening for a
