Nikki D. May
Nikki is an artist on a mission to save the world from bad design. She is highly inappropriate, drinks too much coffee, spends too much time on the computer and would rather be drawing pretty pictures.

Mary Thorsby
Camera in one hand, cocktail in the other, MareMare shares her favorite people, places and parties in Louisville. Find her “finds” intriguing? Then go check ‘em out. And take her to dinner after. Oh, she does corporate stuff, too.

Laura K
Giving ‘em something to talk about (with style!) Promotional services of all kinds are for hire. Fashion, travel, food and art musings are complimentary.

Kelsie Gray is a poetess, pie alchemist, and English teacher. She lives with three cats who all suffer from varying degrees of insanity and makes a hobby of photographing herself in bathtubs that do not belong to her.

Suzanne Clinton
Serving up the random online musings of an over-thinking 40-something liberal with a serious attitude problem and a dog that eats its own poop since 2005. Read her at Bizzyville.

Jessica Perkins
Always on the hunt for interesting people and places around town, Jessica loves to create buzz about everything Paducah!

During my sophomore year at Ole Miss, I served as philanthropy chair for my sorority. Our philanthropy: Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). Imagine my excitement when I discovered the CASA Project of McCracken County, administered through Child Watch Children’s Advocacy Center, Inc., 1118 Jefferson St., right here in Paducah.
This Thursday, May 20, USEC employees and plant subcontractors will play a Casa Volunteer Golf Scramble at Paducah’s premier golf course, Paxton Park, with proceeds to benefit CASA and Child Watch. Lunch at noon; shot gun start at 1 p.m. .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to sign up a team!
The CASA Project incorporates trained volunteers assigned by the Family Court track progress and provides periodic reports on child victims in the Foster Care System.
Not a golfer? Pre-register now for the Cards For Kids Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament, to be sponsored by and held at The Star Neighborhood Bar & Grill, Tuesday, June 15. All skill levels invited. Prize money based on 40 percent of paid entries!
Child Watch CAC provides counseling and therapy to children who have been the victim of physical or sexual abuse.
