Hands On St. Nick - A Makeover
St. Nicholas Family Clinic

Come help us give this 20 year old organization a NEW LOOK! Help us paint, clean, organize and create a welcoming environment for our patients and the community.

Specific needs include: taping & mudding supplies, paint & artwork groupings, rugs, blinds & plants/interior foliage, soft fluorescents, baby changing station (x2), office organizers, L-shape desk, chairs, coffee tables, flooring – wood laminate & vinyl or tile, and volunteers.

Having served almost 7,000 patients since opening in 1994, St. Nicholas Family Free Clinic has made a significant impact on the health of our community and region. We are looking forward to giving back to the clinic by recruiting local businesses and volunteers to help lay new floors, freshen the walls with new paint, and organize the space for people to be proud of. Something to Smile About!

Congratulations to Paducah Dental Care! Dr. Walden and Dr. Bridges (above, in white coats) have been participating in the Smiles for Life campaign, offering teeth whitening services at a significantly reduced price and donating 100 percent of the proceeds to help children facing serious health and educational problems. Overall, the Smiles for Life campaign raised more than $25 million to help children’s charities. During the past four months, Dr. Walden and Dr. Bridges raised $13,000 through the program. They donated half the funds to the Sunrise Children’s Services, right here in our community. That's executive director Phil Justice in the middle, above. The other half went to the Garth Brooks Teammates For Kids Foundation for use in health, education and inner city programs that benefit children. Paducah Dental Care is an iList Paducah sponsor (yay!) and the staff there does excellent work! Make an appointment by calling 444.6414.
