Hands On St. Nick - A Makeover

Come help us give this 20 year old organization a NEW LOOK! Help us paint, clean, organize and create a welcoming environment for our patients and the community.

Specific needs include: taping & mudding supplies, paint & artwork groupings, rugs, blinds & plants/interior foliage, soft fluorescents, baby changing station (x2), office organizers, L-shape desk, chairs, coffee tables, flooring – wood laminate & vinyl or tile, and volunteers.

Having served almost 7,000 patients since opening in 1994, St. Nicholas Family Free Clinic has made a significant impact on the health of our community and region. We are looking forward to giving back to the clinic by recruiting local businesses and volunteers to help lay new floors, freshen the walls with new paint, and organize the space for people to be proud of. Featuring JLF Interior Designs.

Summer Festival! We’re In!

The Paducah Summer Festival returns with its “NEW” look July 22-24 on the Carson Center front lawn! Join us for family games, a petting zoo, pony rides, great food and fabulous music. 

Returning events this year include The 20/30 Group’s Kickball tournament, Budweiser’s Beer on the Bricks, Kidz Day at The Quilt Museum and The USO Big Band Dance hosted by Legacy Personal Care Home.

An exciting new addition to the summer fest is The Furniture World 100, sponsored by Furniture World Galleries & Mattress Superstore. This 100-yard dash involves your old recliner supped up with fancy racing wheels and a good buddy to push you (fully reclined) to the finish line. The winner receives a brand new recliner from Furniture World Galleries and Mattress Super Store. The ugliest recliner of the day will also take home a trophy!!
