Hands On St. Nick - A Makeover
St. Nicholas Family Clinic

Come help us give this 20 year old organization a NEW LOOK! Help us paint, clean, organize and create a welcoming environment for our patients and the community.

Specific needs include: taping & mudding supplies, paint & artwork groupings, rugs, blinds & plants/interior foliage, soft fluorescents, baby changing station (x2), office organizers, L-shape desk, chairs, coffee tables, flooring – wood laminate & vinyl or tile, and volunteers.

Having served almost 7,000 patients since opening in 1994, St. Nicholas Family Free Clinic has made a significant impact on the health of our community and region. We are looking forward to giving back to the clinic by recruiting local businesses and volunteers to help lay new floors, freshen the walls with new paint, and organize the space for people to be proud of. I hate to sound like a broken record (ok, no I don’t), but SUZANNE VEGA TICKETS! WOO HOO! I ordered them yesterday morning about the minute they went on sale and they arrived in the mail today. How’s that for service from our favorite local performing arts center? iList loves The Carson Center!

imageAlso in Carson Center news: new auction item announced today for the April 15 Wine Tasting & Auction! Trendy Get-Away for Two to Louisville’s 21c Museum Hotel! I stayed there for a weekend last year with LowerTown artists Karen Utz and Julie Shaw and we had a fantastic time! Contemporary art and giant red penguins throughout the hotel. The auction item includes a meal at their restaurant, Proof On Main, where we ate two or three meals….AMAZING! And also full of beautiful art… on the walls and on the table!
