Hands On St. Nick - A Makeover
St. Nicholas Family Clinic
1901 Kentucky Ave.
8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Come help us give this 20 year old organization a NEW LOOK! Help us paint, clean, organize and create a welcoming environment for our patients and the community.

Specific needs include: taping & mudding supplies, paint & artwork groupings, rugs, blinds & plants/interior foliage, soft fluorescents, baby changing station (x2), office organizers, L-shape desk, chairs, coffee tables, flooring – wood laminate & vinyl or tile, and volunteers.

Having served almost 7,000 patients since opening in 1994, St. Nicholas Family Free Clinic has made a significant impact on the health of our community and region. We are looking forward to giving back to the clinic by recruiting local businesses and volunteers to help lay new floors, freshen the walls with new paint, and organize the space for people to be proud of. Featuring JLF Interior Designs.

WKMS: $4,400 Away from a Big Green Egg!

Y’all know how much we at iList Paducah LOVE WKMS. The NPR station was one of our first fans when we started our site four years ago – and you can hear our on-air credits each Wednesday.

The station’s big pledge drive is just $4,400 away from its $130,000 goal. This week is a quiet week of fundraising. So if that $4,400 comes in over the next few days, the fundraising will be complete! Ya-hoo! If not, the station will resume on-air fundraising starting Monday, April 11.

$30, $50, $100, $1 million – it all helps. AND, the lovely Cappock family of Paducah has committed to providing $1.50 to Project AIDS Orphan (another iList Paducah favorite) for each gift to WKMS. They’re up to $1,500 so far!!

So go donate online. When WKMS reaches $130,000, the staff will hold a drawing for a large-sized Big Green Egg grill with accessories from Akridge Farm Supply in Eddyville! Perfect for those outdoor barbecues this spring and summer!
