Nikki D. May
Nikki is an artist on a mission to save the world from bad design. She is highly inappropriate, drinks too much coffee, spends too much time on the computer and would rather be drawing pretty pictures.

Mary Thorsby
Camera in one hand, cocktail in the other, MareMare shares her favorite people, places and parties in Louisville. Find her “finds” intriguing? Then go check ‘em out. And take her to dinner after. Oh, she does corporate stuff, too.

Laura K
Giving ‘em something to talk about (with style!) Promotional services of all kinds are for hire. Fashion, travel, food and art musings are complimentary.

Kelsie Gray is a poetess, pie alchemist, and English teacher. She lives with three cats who all suffer from varying degrees of insanity and makes a hobby of photographing herself in bathtubs that do not belong to her.

Suzanne Clinton
Serving up the random online musings of an over-thinking 40-something liberal with a serious attitude problem and a dog that eats its own poop since 2005. Read her at Bizzyville.

Jessica Perkins
Always on the hunt for interesting people and places around town, Jessica loves to create buzz about everything Paducah!

Many thanks to Paducah Sun reporter, cute, cute, cute Alan Reed, for yesterday’s FRONT PAGE COVERAGE of our Maiden Alley Night at the Oscars party. There, front and center, are Kenn and Kendra Gray — known around here as Kenndra. They successfully defended their Best Dressed Couple title — two years in a row! Way to dress, Kenndra!

Winner of Best Dressed Man: Joshua Comley, no doubt about it! The shoes may make the man….

...but it certainly doesn’t hurt to have a girlfriend as the beyond beautifully lovely Andrea Ivey!

Best Dressed Woman: The movie-star-looking Amber Brayton, escorted by the very handsome Wayne G. Yates. Love, love, love that dress!

And Goddess of the People? Kevin Crouch, of course! Nothing oozes of Goddessness quite like Kevin Crouch….
By the way, congratulations to Bobbie Wrinkle of the McCracken County Public Library! She had the highest number of correct predictions in our Oscars poll, choosing a spot-on eight out of 11 categories!
Many thanks to everyone for coming, and for DJ Urban Kobbb, DJLJ, Artisan Kitchen, Brett Duwe of Cynthia’s Ristorante, Julie Shaw, Keith Ford, Bill Fox, John Paul Henry and S&W Productions — and, of course, to gorgeous Laura K (Melissa to my Joan Rivers) — for making this such a rockin’ event, which raises much-needed funds for our amazing independent theatre — Maiden Alley Cinema!
