With the jammin’ success of Jasmine, super sexy Brandon Skaggs, 26, has become one very busy bartender. He shares 20 Random Things and shakes up the very popular Jasmine Cocktail!

1. I am originally a Bomber, of the Ballard variety.
   
   
2. I bartend at Jasmine’s, and I make a one helluva bar mat shot. No, seriously, if you’re a bartender you know…the way the flavors of all those liquors, sakes, wines and beers merge together after sitting stagnant on a bar mat all night is truly indescribable.
   
   
3. There ain’t no curry like Jasmine’s roast duck curry!
   
   
4. I had to learn how to say “I’m sorry” in Thai from the owner of Jasmine, Art, way before I learned how to say “hello” or “goodbye.”
   
   
5. If I can learn to love sushi, any picky eaters can, especially the toro, a fresh cut of tuna.
   
   
6. Our most popular drink is the Jasmine Cocktail. It’s pretty girly, but if a guy orders it, I won’t say anything.
   
   
7. I love The Schwag. It’s a Grateful Dead tribute band. I used to follow them around.
   
   
8. You can date me, but not my son, Jackson — he’s only 4, and our relationship has to be pretty serious before I introduce him to my special lady friend.
   
   
9. In my spare time I love to work out. At night, it’s just the SportsPlex and me.
   
   
10. Yes, I’m addicted to World of Warcraft. But I don’t like telling people that.
    
    
11. I do some pretty cool bar magic. I have a dollar bill trick. It’s pretty cheesy, but it worked with the girl I’m dating now.
    
    
12. My favorite movie is Rocky. The original one.
    
    
13. And the latest one — Rocky Balboa. He had some things in the basement he needed to get out.
    
    
14. I also like Harry Potter movies. And I don’t care who knows that.
    
    
15. Karate Kid, too. Yeah, I know.
    
    
16. My son’s new favorite word is “brilliant.” His vocabulary is awesome.
    
    
17. I do believe absence makes the heart grow fonder…or wander.
    
    
18. Speaking of matters of the heart, I was married for two years and we’re still good friends. Better friends actually, when we took the “married” part of it away.
    
    
19. You can save yourself three Red Bulls by drinking one M-150, a Thai Energy Drink.
    
    
20. I learned all of my skills behind the bar from a sweet little lady named Patty, when we both worked at Nick’s. She passed away. She was one of the best people I’ve ever known.
    
    

The Jasmine Cocktail
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add:

Absolute Vodka
Peach Schnapps
Melon Liquor
Blue Curacao
Pineapple Juice

Shake. Pour over ice. Garnish and serve with a very handsome smile.
