Cow House Turkey Roll Ups

Good food with fresh ingredients served by a super friendly staff. That’s the secret to The Stranded Cow Café’s wild success. The café will celebrate its first year during Quilt Week in April – a great new beginning for this very historic house.

Among the many wonderful things on owner Grace Clemency’s menu: the Cow House Turkey Roll Up. Here’s how she makes it:

Step 1: Start by spreading homemade pesto on a tortilla, and then add a little mayo to one edge to hold everything together once the rolling begins.

Step 2: Add turkey – or if you’re not a turkey fan, use ham or roast beef.

Step 3: Now for some cheese.

Step 4: And spinach.

Step 5: Roll ’er up.

Step 6: Slice.

Step 7: And serve!
