Teen Spirit is an annual high school visual art competition and exhibition that showcases the talented youth of the area. It has come to symbolize the quality of art education in the region. Participating high schools include Ballard Memorial, Calloway County, Carlisle County, Community Christian Academy, Heath High School, Livingston Central, Lone Oak, Marshall County, Massac County, Paducah Tilghman, Reidland and St. Mary.
