Charity League Bargain Fair: Saturday, March 21

The Charity League of Paducah is a non-profit, volunteer organization. Their mission includes raising funds for the Easter Seals West Kentucky and assisting other local non-profits for the health, welfare and general care of children, women and others in need. The event is set for 7-11 a.m., Saturday, March 21, at the Robert Cherry Civic Center., 2701 Park Ave.

As one of the Charity League's signature fundraisers, the Bargain Fair rotates with two other Charity League events, thus rolling around only once every three years. Each Charity League member collects items from family, friends and past League members for this super large yard sale. They raised more than $24,000 at the 2006 fair!
