“You know what they say”: Pixel Pear Sweeps the 48 Film Project Awards!

Congratulations to the Pixel Pear team! The group’s masterpiece, Tinker, racked up the most 48 Hour Film Project awards last week at Maiden Alley Cinema, including the big one: Best Film!

alt textIn March, this winning team will join the 99 other winners at Filmapalooza, the 48HFP’s year-end screening and awards ceremony! The award-winning national and international filmmakers are invited to converge in Taos for this finale event where they will compete for the honor of winning the International Best Film award.

The Carbondale, Ill. based Pixel Pear team is led by Executive Producer Eric Mittan and includes Director, Editor and Camera Operator Dylan Damian, Producer Rebecca Conner, Sound Engineer Beth Radtke, and additional team members Mark Straeter, Kyle Jarvis and Jim Suruda.
